About

WHERE DO MY INSPECTIONS SKILLS COME FROM?

When it comes to buying a home, there's a whole lot of options out there. And it's important that you assess your options before making the final decision. When you don't know how to assess your options properly, you can always seek help from someone who does. Over 20 years of hands-on experience of renovations means:

  • Knowing where to look for problems, how they are fixed and the cost implications
  • Taking the time required to  make sure you’re happy about the home you’re buying
  • Explaining issues clearly and simply
  • Differentiating between issues that might impact your offer and those that are ‘recommended maintenance’.
  • Suggestions for the future –  make your home more comfortable, safer, more efficient to run – all with due consideration to the costs involved
  • Have my knowledge and experience to call on at any time after the inspection.
  • I’m easy going and here to help

CONTACT ME

Here are few examples of recent projects I have completed.

These are designed to show that I know what I'm talking about when inspecting a home's structure and systems. To be clear, I don't offer these services - I'm a home inspector - but with the skills I've developed over the years in construction and renovation, you can be sure I know what I'm inspecting.
